① Wash in cold water. Kerosene, gasoline and diesel are used as cleaning agents. The parts of the Vegetable Planter are put into the oil basin with a wire mesh screen and rinsed with a wire brush. Oil stains seep into the bottom of the basin through the screen windows. The cleaned parts can be dried in the air. However, it should be noted that if the oil on the friction plate is cleaned, a small amount of gasoline should be used for cleaning. Oil-resistant rubber and leather parts should not use oil cleaning agents. In order to save fuel and achieve better cleaning results, first clean, smooth, and smaller parts, and then clean larger parts with serious oil stains. The oil can also be divided into several oil basins, which are divided into steps of primary washing, secondary washing and fine washing. The cleaned oil can be used for initial washing and can be used after precipitation to achieve the purpose of fuel saving.

② Hot wash. Wash with alkali and emulsifier solution after heating. Since engine oil and gear oil are insoluble in alkali solutions and can only form emulsions, emulsifiers (sodium silicate, soap, etc.) should be added to alkali solutions. But the influence of emulsifier on oil film separation is weakened. Heat the solution to 70°C-80°C and soak the parts of the Vegetable Planter in the solution. After cleaning, the parts should be rinsed with water at a temperature of 60-80°C and then dried. The commonly used solution formula for degreasing steel and iron castings is: caustic soda 0.75%, sodium carbonate 5%, trisodium phosphate 1%, soap 0.15%, and the rest is water. However, caustic soda solution should not be used for cleaning aluminum parts, but sodium carbonate solution should be used.

③ Clean with metal cleaner. In recent years, metal cleaning agents have been widely used. It can replace diesel, kerosene and gasoline cleaning parts, and it is cheap and can be used. It can wash the metal without rusting. Metal cleaning agents are divided into acidic, alkaline, neutral, solvent-based and other types, and the methods of using each part are the same. For example, acidic metal cleaning agents are generally used to remove mechanical oil for stainless steel surface processing, and the oil removal effect is better at room temperature. However, alkaline metal cleaning agents require high-temperature cleaning, and the cleaning effect is not good at room temperature. In the process of using metal cleaning agent, pay attention to the type and nature of the dirt on the parts, master the concentration and temperature of the cleaning agent, and clean the parts in strict accordance with the requirements of the Planting Machine manual.
