The component parts will not rotate without any machine. In fact, everyone has overlooked one: the bearing, which is mainly used to control the rotation frequency and speed of the bearing. Therefore, when installing the bearing of the equipment, you must be very cautious. Otherwise, it will not only affect the service life of the equipment bearing, but also seriously affect the working efficiency of the equipment.
In normal use, coupled with the influence of the environment, the bearing also has a certain service life. How to remove and install the bearing? The following describes the installation method of the wood shredder bearing:
1. Loosen the bolts that fix the bearing seat, and remove the bearing together with the bearing seat from the shaft. Note that before disassembling the bearing seat at one end of the shaft, loosen the bearing seat bolt at the other end of the shaft to avoid damage to the bearings at both ends.
2. Loosen the locking screw on the eccentric sleeve of the bearing with an Allen key, then insert a small iron rod into the counterbore on the eccentric sleeve of the top cover, and loosen the eccentric sleeve against the rotation direction of the shaft.
3. Install eccentric sleeve. Put the eccentric sleeve on the eccentric step of the inner sleeve of the bearing first, and tighten it by hand in the direction of rotation of the shaft. Then insert the small iron rod into or against the counterbore on the eccentric sleeve. Knock the small iron rod in the direction of rotation of the shaft with a hand hammer to make the eccentric sleeve installed firmly, and finally tighten the hexagon socket screw on the eccentric sleeve.
4. Do not tighten the bolts that fix the bearing seat, but allow the bearing housing to rotate in the bearing seat. Then tighten the bearing seat bolts. Also install the bearing and seat on the other end of the same shaft, rotate the shaft a few times, and let the bearing itself automatically find its position.
5. Coat the mating surface of the Chipper Shredder bearing seat and the bearing with lubricating oil, and put the bearing into the bearing seat. Then put the assembled bearing together with the NSK bearing seat on the shaft. Push it to the desired position for installation.
6. Before installing the imported bearing on the shaft, you must first remove the fixing pin of the bearing jacket, and at the same time, polish the surface of the journal smoothly and clean, and apply oil to the journal to prevent rust and lubricate.
